WATERBURY — A Naugatuck man pleaded guilty to a felony Monday in connection to a child porn investigation and will serve about nine months in prison.

Christopher DePallo pleaded guilty to employing a minor in an indecent performance in connection to an investigation of online file sharing programs last year.

State’s Attorney Maureen Platt said various videos and images were found on DePallo’s computer.

DePallo’s attorney, Leonard Crone, said his client has a very complex psychological makeup, and has been taking prescription drugs for years.

After he’s released from prison, DePallo will serve 10 years of probation and will register as a sex offender.
